Yearbook is a curricular-based club at SHS. Students must complete the Journalism class in order to be considered for members. The Totem, the SHS yearbook, covers the entire calendar year of student life to produce the all-color edition of the yearbook each year. The Totem is regularly a finalist for top yearbook awards in the state and students have won numerous awards from the Southeastern Indiana Student Press Association and the Indiana High School Press Association.
