Harmony Family Access

Harmony is Here

Scott 2 families now have access to the newly upgraded version of Harmony — Harmony 3.0 Family Access. The new upgrade will allow parents and guardians to set up one account to see all of their students, regardless of what Scott 2 school they attend. It also allows for students, parents, and guardians to access grades, assignment summaries, report cards, lunch account balances, homework, attendance information, add money to meal accounts, make payments on book rental fees, and see discipline incidents.

Each parent or guardian and each student will need to create their own account and enter the student’s unique access code to create the updated student information portal. This is a one-time only process for each student.

Last semester, parents, guardians, and students were notified via email with instructions and registration codes to create the new Harmony 3.0 Family Access accounts. The email would have been sent to the address listed in the contact information on the student’s Harmony profile. Also, the codes were sent to the student’s school-based email account.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call Scottsburg High School at 812.752.8927 for assistance.

To set up your account:

1. Go to the district or any individual Scott 2 school site and click on Students and Parents. You will see a link for Harmony Family Access about halfway down the list.

After adding a student, you can choose a push notification profile, where you will receive updates via email or via phone. You can use an existing profile listed or you can create a new one. If you have another student, you can enter his or her registration code by clicking on Manage Account link in the upper right corner. You only need one account for all your students.

Once your account is complete, you can review your child's progress by clicking on their name and grade in the left corner. There, you will see progress reports, attendance, grades, schedule, meal account information, discipline and more.

The next time you want to access this account, just to the Students and Parents tab on the Scott 2 website and click on Harmony Family Access. You will use the username and password you created to login into your account.
